Steve Harper and Gene Haley are both highly involved members of Wilmington’s growing entrepreneurial community. Both men were active participants in the area’s Coastal Entrepreneurial Council (CEC) and played major roles in coordinating the partnership and subsequent merger CEC and CED in July 2005. Harper and Haley also serve on the advisory board for the new formed CED-Coastal. In the spirit of collaboration, these leaders have consistently given their time to meet the needs of entrepreneurial companies in the greater Coastal region.
