Sensory Analytics
Greensboro, NC
Greensboro-based Sensory Analytics recently took home the People’s Choice Award at CED’s Tech Conference 2006. All 27 demo participants in attendance at Tech 2006 were eligible for the People’s Choice Award at the 16th annual conference, but conference attendees chose Sensory Analytics for its innovation in robotic measurement systems.
Going far beyond the reach of the conventional measuring tape and ruler, Sensory Analytics prides itself on its development of optical measurement, RF and related sensory solutions for color measurement, thickness measurement and control applications. As an industry leader, the company also provides information technology to global manufacturers looking to reduce their costs, while still increasing production.
Sensory Analytics provides measurement analysis superior to all current product offerings. The company specializes in manufacturing real-time, non-contact measurement eliminating destruction for thin films measurement, coatings measurement and precise color measurement.
Additionally, the company has direct customer experience in the aerospace, automotive, building materials, paper, medical and pharmaceutical industries. As a seasoned professional in the industry, Sensory Analytics is at the forefront of solving tomorrow's problems, today.
Recently, the company introduced SpecMetrix™, a portable measurement system that sets the standard in non-contact, non-destructive, real-time measurement of coating and film thickness.
Similar systems may only operate at the level of SpecMetrix™ in controlled environments. The new technology by Sensory Analytics gives new meaning to the words “user friendly” as it was designed considering that optimal conditions are not always available. The SpecMetrix™ system is easy to use in virtually any environment, wet or dry, in virtually any application, whether in the lab, in the field or on the factory floor and by virtually any operator tracking inspection parameters.
"Leading aerospace and automotive leaders can now streamline their anodize and coating measurement processes to the benefit of their bottom lines", stated Greg Frisby, CEO of Sensory Analytics. "The SpecMetrix™ is an invaluable tool for all lean manufacturing and advanced quality specialists seeking to increase efficiency and reduce labor costs."
