CED’s MedTech 2008 Conference Highlights State’s Medical Device and Healthcare Technology Companies and Their Impact on the Region

Event is the only one of its kind in the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast region.

Research Triangle Park, N.C. February 6, 2008 – Medical device and healthcare technology companies from Maryland to Florida will gather in Durham at MedTech 2008 on March 6, 2008. The event, the only one of its kind in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, will feature panel discussions, expert commentaries and networking opportunities for medical technology companies, investors and service providers. Featured speakers are:

  • Ronald W. Dollens, retired president and CEO of Guidant Corporation, manufacturer of cardiovascular devices and one of the largest medical technology companies in the world before being acquired.
