CED Confirms First-Round Demo Participants for Tech 2007

Final Round Selections Will Be Announced in the Coming Weeks

August 28, 2007, RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – The Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) today announced a partial list of demo participants selected to display their groundbreaking technologies at the Tech 2007 conference.

Scheduled for October 10-11 at the University of North Carolina’s Friday Center located in Chapel Hill, N.C., CED’s 17th annual Tech conference will showcase more than 35 demo participants from throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Companies will present today’s newest and most innovative technologies to hundreds of potential strategic partners and customers, investors, and corporate executives and entrepreneurs.

The 14 first round Tech 2007 demo participants are (partial list): 

“The first group of demo selections demonstrates the growing diversity of emerging technologies, not only in our own region, but from across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic,” said CED President Monica Doss. “The level of innovation these companies bring to the table is something all those attending the conference can appreciate.”  

Along with showcasing their ground-breaking, novel technologies, Tech 2007 offers the selected innovators the opportunity to unite with the industry’s top business influencers and creators. In addition to demos of the latest breakthrough technologies, Tech also presents attendees with the opportunity to engage themselves in interactive panel discussions with technology and business experts, and to gain insight from previously announced featured speakers Najmi Jarwala, President of Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications USA, and Edward Iacobucci, CEO and President of DayJet Corporation.
