CED Seeks Nominations for Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards
Nomination Deadline Set for April 30
March 20, 2007, Research Triangle Park, NC – The Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) is accepting nominations for its annual Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards. The deadline to submit nominations is April 30, 2007.
This year’s Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards is scheduled for June 12 from 5:30-10 p.m. at the American Tobacco Historic District in Durham, N.C. CED’s annual awards honor outstanding individuals and companies for their entrepreneurial achievements during the past year.
CED will recognize North Carolina-based companies and individuals in the following categories:
- Entrepreneurial Excellence
- Deal of the Year – Private
- Deal of the Year – Public
- Growth Company of the Year
- Spin-out of the Year
- Technology of the Year
- Community Impact
- Outstanding Service to Entrepreneurs

The award ceremony will be accompanied by a night of cocktails, dinner, dancing and music to celebrate this year’s top entrepreneurial success stories.
