BLACK ENTERPRISE (www.blackenterprise.com) lists two Tar Heel cities on its 2007 Top 10 Cities for African Americans, released last week. The municipalities were lauded for their high number of black-owned businesses per 1,000 black residents; black median household income; and percentage of black college graduates, among other factors.
