Raleigh-based Accipiter (www.accipiter.com), a provider of online advertising server technology, has signed a technology licensing deal with Mobile Phone Applications, a mobile ad server technology provider and publisher.
The company, which is also known as MoPhap, will integrate Accipiter’s online ad management solution into its SparkMobileT Network. The service is designed to deliver ads to mobile data users. SparkMobile technology also will be incorporated into Accipiter’s AdManager platform.
