SilkRoad Equity has acquired Pendulab (www.pendulab.com), a developer of Web-based collaborations software, in an all-cash transaction. Additional financial details were not disclosed. Pendulab and SilkRoad are both based in Winston-Salem.
Under the terms of the agreement, Pendulab will partner immediately with SilkRoad technology (www.silkroadtech.com), another SilkRoad Equity company, to fully integrate its solutions into SilkRoad technology's Collaboration Management Suite of Applications. With the acquisition of Pendulab, SilkRoad will extend its role in the Collaboration Management market.
