On the Menu-Episode 4: Richard Boyd, CEO of 3DSolve

The gaming and simulation industries are hotter than ever these days and companies in and around the Southeast, in particular Research Triangle Park, have played a huge role in the popularity and resurgence of social and simulation technologies.

CED is hosting the 17th annual Tech conference on Thursday, October 11 at the Friday Center in Chapel Hill and over the past few years, the scope of the conference has shifted from strictly IT to include a wide range of industries such as med tech, digital media, clean tech, hardware and software, mobile communications, healthcare and security technologies and more. Over 30 companies will demo their technologies in this year's Demo Pavilion.

This year's conference will introduce the gaming and simulation industry with a first-ever Game Night Reception, so this episode of CED's popular Internet show "On the Menu" features Richard Boyd, CEO of 3DSolve and now Director of Lockheed Martin 3D Learning Systems, speaking to the simulation industry and some of his personal gaming and web favorites.
