Investor Registration Rates

All registrations must be accompanied by payment to be processed.
Pre-registration closes at 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 15, 2010 .
Due to facility capacity, space is limited; early registration is encouraged.
Discounted Rooms are available for $109 per night at Pinehurst's Manor Inn on a first come first served basis.
Regular Rooms are available for $218 per night.

Mail: Checks made payable to CED or credit card orders may be mailed. Complete the correct printable form (investor registration form or general attendee registration form) and mail with payment to: CED P.O. Box 13353 RTP, NC 27709

Cancellations received by March 17, 2010 are refundable less a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations received between March 18, 2010 and April 15, 2010 are refundable less 50% of the price at the time of registration.
Cancellations received after April 15, 2010 are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged full conference fees. However, all registrations are transferable to another representative of your company at on-site registration.
Confirmations will be sent prior to event date.
