The following information is provided to assist conference attendees with their transportation needs to and from the Venture 2003 conference events. Please read all information carefully.

Airport Transportation

We have arranged for complimentary shuttle service from the airport. (You must call and pre-reserve with Thorpe's Limousine and Shuttle Service at 919-544-4363 at least 48 hours before desired service.)

The following information is provided to assist conference attendees with their transportation needs to and from the Venture 2003 conference events in Chapel Hill, NC. Please read all information carefully. If you need further assistance please call CED at 919.549.7500 x 102.

Please Note: Venture 2003 attendees who wish to use hotel shuttles, if available, will need to arrange and confirm with the hotel for transportation to The Friday Center immediately upon arrival at the specific hotels.

Thorpe's Shuttle Destination: The Friday Center (conference site). A luggage room will be available at The Friday Center.

Complimentary RDU Airport shuttle will be provided by Thorpe's at designated times listed below.

Departure times from conference site to RDU Airport: 3:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Conference attendees needing this service MUST complete sign-up form at Venture 2003 pre-registration desk at The Friday Center the final day of the conference, April 23.

Please note: If you are departing earlier than 3:30 p.m. on April 23, Thorpe's Limousine and Shuttle Service is available for service at a nominal fee per person. Reservations MUST BE made at least 48 hours in advance. Thorpe's Limousine and Shuttle Service can be reached at 919-544-4363.
