IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Pre-registration for InfoTech 2005 is now closed. You may register on-site at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel & Convention Center on October 12, beginning at 8 a.m.

On-site registration rates:
CED Members	$425
Non-Members	$500
Additional Company Reps	$200
University Faculty and Staff	$200
Students	$50

Cancellation/Registration Policy

• All registrations MUST be accompanied by payment.
• Pre-registration CLOSES at 12 noon on Friday, October 7, 2005.
• Due to facility capacity, space is limited, early registration is encouraged.
• Cancellations received before September 8, 2005 are refundable less a $50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received between September 8, 2005 and October 11, 2005 are refundable less 50% of the price at the time of registration.
• Cancellations received after October 11, 2005 are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged full conference fees. However, all registrations are transferable to another representative of your company at on-site registration.
• Confirmations will be sent prior to the event date.
