To Register for Biotech 2009

• All registrations must be accompanied by payment.
• Pre-registration closes at 11:59pm on Wednesday, February 11, 2009.
• Due to facility capacity, space is limited, early registration is encouraged.
• Secure Online: Complete the online registration form. This is a secure site.
• Fax: Credit card orders may be faxed. Complete the printable form and fax to 919.549.7405.
• Mail: Checks made payable to CED or credit card orders may be mailed. Complete the printable form and mail with payment to:

• Please Note: Your registration will not be process until payment is received.

Registration/Cancellation Policy

• Pre-registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2009.
• Cancellations received before January 16, 2009 are refundable less a $50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received between January 16, 2009 and February 11, 2009 are refundable less 50% of the price at the time of registration.
• Cancellations received after February 11, 2009 are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged full conference fees. However, all registrations are transferable to another representative of your company at on-site registration.
• Confirmations will be sent prior to the event date.
