About Administaff
Administaff has developed a wide-ranging human resource management service to assist small to medium sized businesses in structuring more effective and efficient internal organization. With over 6,000 clients, Administaff’s primarily works with companies of 10-2,000 employees in white collar and skilled blue collar industries. These companies engage in a co-employment agreement which allows Administaff to assume or share the responsibilities of an employer, while providing additional services to employees and customers that otherwise would not typically be offered by a small business.
According to consultant, Lynda Wesner, Administaff began twenty years ago “when [their] founder saw a need in small businesses for support in the human resource area.” She notes that, many companies find it challenging to effectively manage their internal resources while maintaining an aggressive focus on product and service development. The administrative relief provided by HR outsourcing allows businesses to focus on core business functions and development.
Administaff has designed a line of products to address most HR needs, including performance management, benefits management, government compliance, retirement services, recruiting and selection, training and development, ect. In addition, Administaff offers several online resources centers and services to connect clients to the latest HR development opportunities.
Administaff differentiates itself by providing all services internally, implying no further outsourcing. Clients benefit from this direct partnership and service provision, especially as it lends to increased accountability.
Administaff has been a CED member since 1998. According to Wesner, the greatest benefit of CED membership has been opportunity to gain traction with the entrepreneurial community.

What members are saying:
“ I was impressed by the enthusiasm of the attendees at CED’s Biotech conference, which created an interactive and exciting environment. As an academician, I do not commonly have access to opinion leaders in industry, and this meeting was an ideal venue for that. I came away energized about the great opportunities for academic/industry collaborations in biotechnology ”
